1. What you buy

A payment buys placement in this site's public ranking under the mechanics in our Rules. It does not buy a factual certification, endorsement, trademark right, category ownership, advertising performance, traffic, or permanence at a particular rank.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be able to enter a binding contract and be authorized to use the submitted URL or handle for this purchase. You may not misrepresent your authority, impersonate another party, or submit unlawful content.

3. Payments and refunds

Charges are stated in whole US dollars and processed by Stripe. Completed payments are non-refundable. A rank or crown is effective only after we receive confirmation that the payment is paid.

4. Listings and moderation

We may reject, hide, recategorize, rename, or remove listings and categories that violate the Rules, applicable law, third-party rights, security requirements, or site integrity. Moderation does not imply verification or endorsement.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. We may correct errors, preserve frozen archives, update the site, or suspend access when reasonably necessary. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing the revised version here.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, ranking impact, or uninterrupted availability. Cyber Gravity LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

OG titles are paid claims, not verified facts. This is paid placement, not endorsement.
